Mid-Pike Plaza Parking Lot

Located at the southwest corner of Rockville Pike (MD 355) and Montrose Rd. 
Lot operates as permit only operation from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays. 
Free public parking is permitted from 5 p.m. until 5 a.m. weekdays and all day
on weekends and holidays.

Price per permit is $75.00 per space per month.
Permit applications may be obtained by contacting the North Bethesda
Transportation Management District at (301) 770-8108 or through the County's parking office (click here for permit application).    Permits should be purchased by the 20th of each month for the following month. This will allow adequate time for the County to
prepare the permits and mail them to purchasers.

These permits are valid at spaces contained in the area of the lot
designated by yellow striping and by signage installed by the
County indicating "North Bethesda Permit Parking." North Bethesda
permits are supplied by the County and can also be used for
parking at long-term meters in North Bethesda. (For the location

Operation of this lot as a permit-only facility is part of a
comprehensive transportation and parking management program for
North Bethesda. This program is being implemented as a joint
effort of Montgomery County and the North Bethesda Transportation
Management District (TMD), with the objective of reducing
congestion in the North Bethesda area. Revenues from permit sales
will help support transportation services and programs in the
North Bethesda area as well as the maintenance and operations of
this lot.
