Snowdens Mill and Falling Creek Stream Restoration

As a part of the county's effort to help reduce stormwater pollution that drains into our streams and enhance aquatic habitat, the county is collaborating with the Maryland-National Park and Planning Commission (M-NCPPC) on a  Stream Restoration project. The restore is approximately 9,200 feet of the Snowdens Mill and Falling Creek Tributary to the Paint Branch stream, from Old Columbia Pike down to the confluence with Paint Branch.

Various public events will be held throughout the project phases for residents to learn about the project and to provide input on the design of the project.
