Intra-Commission Correspondence
In order to facilitate the Commission’s work between Commission meetings, Commission members can submit individual comments to Council staff. These comments are then posted to the Commission's website so that the public can view the correspondence. This process allows both the public and the Commission to review all comments in preparation for future Commission meetings. This method creates a channel for important communication while still maintaining transparency and adhering to the Open Meetings Act.
