Adult Dental Services
Medicaid/Maryland Healthy Smiles Dental Program (MHSDP)
An individual may qualify for this program if they meet the following criteria:
- Montgomery County Resident
- Adults over the age of 21 with full Medicaid coverage are eligible for the MHSDP. If you have a red and white Medicaid card, you have full Medicaid coverage.
- Apply at the Montgomery County Office of Eligibility Support and Services
County Programs
Adult Dental
An individual may qualify for this program if they meet the following criteria:
- Montgomery County Resident
- Ages 19-59
- Income at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level
- Apply directly by filling out the form found on the Application Forms page
Senior Dental
An individual may qualify for this program if they meet the following criteria:
- Montgomery County Resident
- Ages 60 and above
- Income at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level
- Apply at the Montgomery County Office of Eligibility Support and Services

Montgomery Cares
An individual may qualify for this program if they meet the following criteria:
- Montgomery County Resident
- Age 18 or older
- Uninsured
- Income at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level
- Not be enrolled or eligible for health insurance including Medicaid, Medicare, commercial insurance or employee-sponsored coverage
- Apply at the Montgomery County Office of Eligibility Support and Services
