To ensure the safety of staff and patients, hours reflect standard time when darkness falls at an earlier time. Exceptions to these time frames will be considered upon request and decided on a case-by-case basis.
The mission of the DHHS Mobile Health Clinic is to alleviate health disparities and increase access to care by traveling around Montgomery County providing integrated medical, dental, behavioral health, and human services to underserved and vulnerable populations and communities.
Residents of Montgomery County, with and without health insurance are eligible. Please bring photo identification and proof of residence in Montgomery County (government issued ID or mail at current address or lease/affidavit from landlord). The Mobile Health Clinic offers medical, dental and mental health services at various locations throughout Montgomery County, including the Montgomery County Service Consolidation Hubs. Location, dates and times vary by the week, refer to our monthly clinic schedule.
