March 1st – September 30th:
8 a.m. - 8 p.m.
October 1st - February 28th:
8 a.m. - 6 p.m.
To ensure the safety of staff and patients, hours reflect standard time when darkness falls at an earlier clock time. Exceptions to these time frames will be considered upon request and decided on a case-by-case basis.
Our Services
Integrated services are provided by a Nurse Practitioner, a Community Health Nurse, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Community Health Workers and Dental Professionals.
The Mobile Health Clinic team is currently providing limited preventative health screenings without the mobile van. All other services will be added at a later date.
