Coordination of Community Services

Assists individuals with developmental disabilities who have been determined eligible for services by the Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) in obtaining the best quality and most appropriate services and supports with available resources within the community. Case Coordinators provide case management and advocacy for the individual and/or family to ensure the individuals health/safety/needs are met.
