Work Program
Every July, the County Council approves a work program for OLO. The work program lists research projects and other responsibilities that are assigned to OLO for the year. Research projects are typically based on Councilmember interests and ideas. They may also be based on suggested ideas from OLO, Central Council and other County staff, and community partners.
OLO applies a racial equity and social justice (RESJ) lens to our work. We pay attention to race, ethnicity, and other social constructs when analyzing problems, looking for solutions, and defining success. See OLO’s RESJ Tools.
