       The Management and Budget Division is responsible for budget management/administration, management and oversight of financial operations, fleet management, procurement and logistics, and other programs which support field operations. 

       The Division consists of five sections:

 

            Responsible for budget management/administration, oversight and management of financial operations, and management/administration of grants

Responsible for procurement, storage, and distribution of supplies, equipment, and professional services for Department operations

            Responsible for managing the allocation, assignment, maintenance, repair, and replacement of over 1600 vehicles in the Department fleet

            Responsible for the administration of the County Alarm Law by registering and licensing alarm users, collecting false alarm fees/fines, and issuing civil service citations all with the purpose of reducing false alarms

Responsible for processing/storage/disposition of impounded vehicles, oversight of the Police Towing program, and handling abandoned vehicle complaints
