Our office is proud to participate in the Rule 19 Program. This program provides eligible law students with a rigorous and intensive exposure to criminal prosecution practice through a combination of actual trial practice to compliment students classroom work at their individual law schools.

After a short orientation and under the supervision of an Assistant State's Attorney, students learn how to present cases, conduct direct and cross examinations, and evaluate evidence as they handle criminal and traffic proceedings before the District Court.

In addition, students have many opportunities to evaluate different styles of lawyering by watching criminal trial lawyers in action.
