Are you a farmer interested in selling your products in a County right-of-way or on private property?

1. Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) license application for selling prepared " cottage foods" at farmers markets - Guidelines for Cottage Foods.
2. Complete a Certified Agricultural Producer Application for selling products on a County right of way or on private property
3. Take the Certification to the Department of Permitting Services to obtain a vendor’s license.
