In our service to residents of Montgomery County, MD, we are often successful in providing help worthy of praise. Below you will find feedback from a few of the many people that are satisfied with our work.

I made several phone calls to 311 regarding broken [vendor] equipment throughout my community. Last week, representative from Montgomery County walked the entire community property with me to ensure that all [vendor] work was complete and that all broken or damaged equipment was replaced. Except for a few minor problems for both [vendors] to correct, all of the work was complete. The representative said that she would refer the five remaining problems to both vendors. Thank you Montgomery County!

I can't thank you enough for your expeditious effort in assisting me with that complaint against my cable provider (which I shall leave unnamed; relative to this being a public record communique, & my not wanting to impugn their good name / reputation). If I may preface this by stating, per the Grace of God, your swift actions to the Executive Team of that cable provider yielded expeditious responses from their Corporate Executive Team, and a full resolution to the matter of my complaint!

I just want to tell you that your employee, Keith Watkins, was a great help to me in dealing with [my provider] Everytime I bugged MR. Watkins about with phone calls and/or messages, he always returned my calls. He always got somebody from [my provider] to call me within an hour... He also helped me get a deserved credit that [my provider] didn't want to give. And he also helped [to get] a tech over to my home. Mr. Watkins also helped on numerous times over the past few years.

The County person was great! The Cable person was courteouse and did resolve my immediate problem. But I know he only worked with me since I had made a 'complaint' to the County. I expressed my extreme dissatisfaction with getting any support from Comcast through normal channels. He said he understood my complaint, sympathized, but basically said that's the way it is. The words to describe 'normal' Comcast technical support would vary between incompetent, disinterested, untrained to sometimes Hostile. Please demand better support for your tax payers!!
