Tracy Evans is a mom, wife, television producer, manager and writer.  Her work has appeared on NBC, truTV, Court TV, TLC, Lifetime, Animal Planet, FOX, Travel Channel and other national media outlets. In 2009, after stints in Philadelphia, Los Angeles and Miami, Tracy and her family moved back to the Washington D.C. area where she began her twenty year plus television career.
Ever since she was a little girl, Tracy’s mom encouraged her to speak up for herself and other women. Tracy’s done just that through her television work and now she hopes to make an even bigger impact as a member of the Commission for Women. Tracy is a member of Women in Film and Video, Potomac Chase Women’s Club and past-president of the Philadelphia Tri-State Chapter of American Women in Radio and Television. Tracy has a bachelor’s degree from George Mason University.
Tracy lives with her husband, daughter and two crazy dogs in Darnestown, Maryland. When Tracy’s not reviewing a television script or thinking up show ideas, she’s playing with her mini-me, twisting into a yoga pose, or trying to figure out how the puppy escaped from the yard (again). Tracy hopes to pen a book someday or outsmart the lottery.
