Donna Rojas

Donna Rojas has over nineteen years of experience with project management, program coordination, public health, case management, training/coaching, budgets, and grant monitoring. For the past eight years, she has been actively engaged on the "front lines," working with pre and post-release offenders in Montgomery County, MD. Donna has been dedicated to improving current and former inmates' lives by ensuring the delivery of passionate and inspirational programs that is reflective of her unique brand of motivational speaking and empowerment to these individuals. In 2014, Donna founded the Personal Development Program for female inmates and was responsible for curriculum development and project coordination.

Donna received her certification as an Offender Workforce Development Specialist and National Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) and has relentlessly worked on assisting citizens re-entering the community and workforce. She has developed partnerships with various community and faith-based organizations that provide resources to the justice-involved population.

In her community, she serves as President for the Montgomery County Commission for Women. She also serves as the liaison and advisor for their commission's Female Reentry Program. She is also a member of the Mid-Atlantic States Correctional Association. Donna's mission is to serve, empower, and motivate returning citizens for successful reentry to "OUR" community.
