Tiffany Boiman
Tiffany Boiman has been a resident of Montgomery County for more than 13 years and was originally appointed to the Commission in 2017. In her professional capacity, Tiffany has spent more than 11 years at the U.S. Department of Labor, including as the Deputy Director at the Women’s Bureau, an agency responsible for advocating on behalf of women workers, using a combination of research and policy analysis, grant making and education and outreach. Before coming to the Department of Labor, Tiffany was employed by the Institute for Women’s Policy Research, a DC-area think tank recognized as one of the leading research organizations in the area of domestic women’s policy issues. She also worked as Director of Policy and Programs at Women Work!, a non-profit member organization representing a national network of education and training programs for women. In addition, Tiffany has been an active volunteer in the community, serving as a Girl Scout troop leader and in the Montgomery County public school system. She holds a Master of Public Policy degree from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
