Tiffany Boiman


Tiffany Boiman has been a resident of Montgomery County for more than five years and was appointed to the Commission in 2017.  In her professional capacity, Tiffany serves as the Director of Policy and Programs at the Women’s Bureau, an agency within the U.S. Department of Labor responsible for advocating on behalf of women workers, using a combination of research and policy analysis, grant making and education and outreach.  Before coming to the Department of Labor, Tiffany was employed by the Institute for Women’s Policy Research, a DC-area think tank recognized as one of the leading research organizations in the area of domestic women’s policy issues. She also worked as Director of Policy and Programs at Women Work!, a non-profit member organization representing a national network of education and training programs for women. In addition, Tiffany is an active volunteer in her church and in the Montgomery County public school system. She holds a Master of Public Policy degree from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
