Section 2 of Chapter 9 of the 2009 Laws of Montgomery County is
amended as follows:
Sec. 2. [This Act and any regulations adopted under it expires on December
31, 2012.] The Office of Legislative Oversight must begin a review of the Program
one year after its implementation begins and must report to the Council about the
effectiveness of the Program.
