Initiative
Bill 11-15, Child Care Expansion and Quality Enhancement Initiative, sponsored by
Councilmembers Navarro and Floreen, is scheduled to be introduced on March 3,2015. A public
hearing is tentatively scheduled for March 17 at 1:30 p.m.
Bill 11-15 would create a Child Care Expansion and Quality Enhancement Initiative in the
Department of Health and Human Services. The Bill would also specify the duties to implement
the Initiative.
