Membership - Amendments, sponsored by Council President Leventhal, was introduced on

Bill 4-15 would alter the membership of the Criminal Justice Coordinating Commission by
changing the Council representative from the Chair of the Council's Public Safety Committee to
another member of the Public Safety Committee.

Bill 4-15 would alter the membership of the Criminal Justice
Coordinating Commission.
Current laws requires the Chair of the Council's Public Safety
Committee to serve on the Commission. Other Committee members
may wish to serve on the Commission.
To allow a member, other than the Chair, of the Public Safety
Committee to serve on the Commission.
