Department
means the Department of Housing and Community Affairs.
Director
means the Director of the Department.
Foreclosed Property Registry
means the internet-based Foreclosed
Property Registry established

Licensing, and Regulation as required

Section 14-126.1 of the Real
Property Article ofthe Maryland Code.
Foreclosure purchaser
means the person identified as the purchaser on
the report of sale required
