SUMMARY: This regulation implements the Montgomery County Green Buildings Law codified in Chapter 8 (Buildings), Article VII Energy Efficiency and Environmental Design of the County Code.

ACTION: Executive Regulation 19-07AM, was approved by the County Council according to the Method 2 process, effective December 4, 2007.

MCER NO. 20-07AM: ADOPTED DEPARTMENT OF PERMITTING SERVICES REGULATION

Overtime Offset Fees

SUMMARY: This regulation changes the method used to calculate overtime fees for inspections in order to recover inspection costs. The adopted regulation supersedes Executive Regulation 17-97.

ACTION: Executive Regulation 20-07AM, was approved by the County Council according to the Method 2 process, effective November 27, 2007.

MCER NO. 27-07: ADOPTED OFFICE OF THE CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER REGULATION Financial Disclosure

SUMMARY: This regulation designates those public employees that the County Executive requires to file a public, limited public, or confidential financial disclosure statement. This amendment constitutes the annual revision of this regulation, and establishes a process for identifying specific employees who must file a Financial Disclosure Statement. The adopted regulation supersedes Executive Regulation 25-06.

ACTION: Executive Regulation 27-07, was approved by the County Council according to the Method 2 process, effective March 4, 2008.
