Meet Katie:

Katie has been employed by Montgomery County Government for 21 years. In addition to 15 years with the Department of Recreation, Katie worked with Community Use of Public Facilities for six years. Prior to that she worked with Montgomery County Public Schools for 23 years.

Katie was raised in a military family and traveled during her younger years. As a teen, she moved to Montgomery County and graduated from Rockville High School. Katie loves to visit Disney World and spend as much time as she can at the beach. She and her husband have resided in Brookeville for 30 years. Katie has five grown children who all grew up in Brookeville and participated in various programs through Montgomery County Recreation.
