The State's Attorney's Office Prosecution Data Dashboard
Montgomery County is the first jurisdiction in the state of Maryland to release a data dashboard designed by the Prosecutorial Performance Indicators team (PPI) to promote more effective, just, and transparent decision-making in prosecution. You can access the data to gain a better understanding of the work the State’s Attorney’s office does, including the roles/responsibilities of prosecutors, trends in cases referred for prosecution, and how cases are resolved over time, patterns in how individuals are treated, and how we are addressing serious crime to protect/serve victims. Speak Up Save A Life, The Good Samaritan Law And Opioid Overdose Awareness
To tackle the opioid epidemic and reduce the number of overdose deaths, the State's Attorney's Office has initiated Speak up Save a Life, an Opioid Overdose Education and Prevention Program.

Lateral Assistant State’s Attorney: This position may be assigned to different specialized divisions within the office. Starting salary is negotiable based on experience.
