Mental Health Targeted Case Management
A program for adult residents with mental health and/or co-occurring alcohol or drug dependency situations who require additional support and assistance to access a primary treatment program or other services that will stabilize them in the community. Case Management accepts offenders, as well as those with chronic homelessness or medical illnesses which may require ongoing management. No medical, dental, psychiatric treatment or medication management is directly provided.
