Medicaid/Health Choice Client Services
This program provides care coordination services for pregnant women and children, and adults with disabilities. Staff provide health information and Medicaid program information to assist the HealthChoice recipients to understand how to make the best use of their health services under the Medicaid Managed Care Program called HealthChoice.
