About the Board of Investment Trustees - People
AMY MOSKOWITZ
Ms. Moskowitz received her B.A in Economics, Magna Cum Laude from Dickinson College, her JD, Magna Cum Laude, from The University of Baltimore and her LLM in Taxation from The University of Baltimore. Ms. Moskowitz was admitted to the Maryland and Connecticut Bars in 1995 and admitted to the District of Columbia Bar in 1998. She is a member of the American Bar Association, and the Maryland and District of Columbia Bar Associations.
Ms. Moskowitz became General Counsel to the Board of Investment Trustees in January 2005 providing tax and fiduciary advice to the Board. Ms. Moskowitz is also pension and benefits counsel to the Montgomery County Office of Human Resources.
Before assuming her current position, Ms. Moskowitz was in private practice and specialized in ERISA, employee benefits, executive compensation and general tax matters.
