Code Enforcement - Special notice prior to payments


The District Court at 191 E. Jefferson Street has been closed since March due to the Covid-19 pandemic.  The anticipated date of the District Court re-opening to the public is on or around July 16, 2020.  If you were scheduled for a court hearing during the months of March, April, May and June your court case will be re-set for a hearing. However, due to the backlog of cases and the Covid-19 guidelines that the District Court will need to follow to ensure the health safety of everyone your case may not get a new hearing date until sometime in the late Fall of 2020.  If you should have any further questions regarding this matter please feel free to contact Tammy Cheraghi via email at tammy.cheraghi@montgomerycountymd.gov
