Long standing automotive repair shop with car lift visible from Old Columbia Pike.  The project began with the demolition of the unsightly and deteriorated car lift in front of the building.

  • ​Revitalized features include:
    • New façade structure with modern design and materials
    • Exterior clean up and paint treatment on all sides of building exterior walls
    • New LED lighting for parking lot and building and backlit business signage
    • Parking lot repair and resurfacing
    • ADA-compliant storefront sidewalks
    • Energy efficient windows and doors
    • ​Prominent monument shopping center signage

County investment of $180,000 prompted $223,000 in private/owner funded improvements
