  • This brick commercial/office building built in the 1980s had a long, heavy awning, mis-matched signage and a generally worn exterior.
  • Revitalization cleaned up the look of the building with new windows and doors, two new clean-cut awnings and new backlit building signage and address numbering.
  • The reconfigured and resurfaced parking lot compliments new exterior LED lighting on all sides of the building, tidy new dumpster enclosure and all new landscaping.
  • Three businesses benefitted from this project, in particular the second floor martial arts center thanks to greatly improved nighttime visibility of classes.
