AccessMCG Instructions

 

 

An AccessMCG account is required to manage your Licensing and Registration Online account.  If you do not have an AccessMCG account, you will need to set up one with your email and password before you can access your rental license or Common Ownership Community account, pay a bill, update contacts or apply for a new rental license.

Follow the step-by-step instructions below to create an AccessMCG account.

  1. Go to the AccessMCG Extranet website 
  2. Select Register New User button on bottom left.
  3. You will see a blue banner with Search My Business and AccessMCG Extranet Account Self Serve at the top (See AccessMCG screenshot)
    • SKIP “Read this First: If you received a temporary username and password from the County (e-g., Ex-Employee, Supplier), please click here.”
    • Go to: “If you are registering for personal, individual purpose and not for business purpose”
  4. Under Your Role, select the circle next to Individual and then select the Select Individual Role button
  5. You will see a blue banner with New User Registration and AccessMCG Extranet Account Self Serve at the top.(See AccessMCG screenshot)
  6. Complete the required fields including Email Address, Name, Telephone Number and Address.
  7. You will need to create a case sensitive password with at least 8 characters, 1 number and 1 symbol.
    • Your password cannot be your name or email.
    • Enter the same password in New Password and Confirm Password.
  8. Once all fields are complete, select the Create button at the bottom left.
  9. An email will be sent to the email address entered with a link and security code to validate the email address.
  10. Select the link provided to complete your AccessMCG registration.
  11. Once you are registered, go back to the AccessMCG Extranet Website (in #1 above) and enter Your Email and new Password from step #7 above and select Log In
  12. Once you are logged into AccessMCG Extranet Portal, select DHCA Licensing and Registration to manage your Licensing and Registration Online account.

*If you forgot your password, please go to the AccessMCG Extranet website and select Forgot Password? button at the bottom left.
