No. Available services may vary depending on the event location, available staffing, and partnership agreements. Not all services listed on our Services page will be available at every visit. We encourage you to check with the Mobile Health Clinic team or event organizer ahead of time to learn which services will be offered.

DHHS Mobile Health Clinic direct services are free for Montgomery County Residents. Patients may be subject to out-of-pocket costs if referred to services not directly provided by the DHHS Mobile Health Clinic.

Please bring a photo identification, proof of residence in Montgomery County (government issued ID or mail at current address or lease/affidavit from landlord. Examples of documents to bring include:

• Mortgage, Lease or Property Tax Bill
• Current utility bill issued within 60-days with applicant’s name and address (gas, electric, water, cable, landline phone)
• Driver License with current address
• Maryland State ID card
• School Records (Current report card, Progress Report, Letter of enrollment from school)
• Official county, state or federal correspondence (if the agency verifies addresses only)
• Written statement on letterhead from an HHS provider who will verify the customer’s address (Home visiting Social Worker, Community Health Nurse)
• Letter from person with whom applicant lives along with document verifying address for that person
• Current tax return
• Bank Statements
• Hospital bills
• Car note bills
• Insurance bills
• Credit card bills
• Homeless customers may provide letter from the shelter to confirm residence or provide contact information for case worker at shelter or other facility.

Mobile Health Clinic is available to attend events based on availability of staffing. A Mobile Health Clinic request form should be completed and submitted to the Mobile Health Clinic Team at a minimum of 45 days in advance for weekday events. A Mobile Health Clinic request form should be completed and submitted to the Mobile Health Clinic Team at a minimum of 75 days in advance for weekend events. Exceptions will be considered upon request and decided on a case-by-case basis.

No, the Mobile Health Clinic is a walk-up clinic only. Patients are seen on a first-come, first-served basis, and availability depends on the volume and needs of those who visit that day. If you are in need of urgent care services, please visit your nearest urgent care clinic.
