Immunization Program

The Immunization Program is open for immunizations by appointment only at the Dennis Avenue Health Center and the Germantown Health Center.  Appointments are available Monday through Friday.  See below for information on making an appointment. Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services offers immunizations through the Vaccines for Children (VFC) Program to eligible children through 18 years of age, by appointment only, at the Dennis Avenue Health Center and the Germantown Health Center.  More locations will be available in the future.  Check back here for updates.    To schedule an appointment:   Dennis Avenue Health Center  2000 Dennis Avenue, Silver Spring 240-777-1050 Appointments are available on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday Germantown Health Center 12900 Middlebrook Road, Germantown Appointments are available on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 240-777-3380 Saturday Back to School Clinics at the Dennis Avenue Health Center (by appointment) Saturday, September 12 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, September 19 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.  The Immunization Program provides walk-in immunizations on specified days, times and locations, to children under the age of 19, according to federal and state regulations and the “Vaccine for Children” criteria. The Immunization program also provides immunization information to medical providers, Women, Infants and Children (WIC) providers, child care providers, schools and other community groups and residents; and provides case management to children who are not up-to-date with immunizations.
