Immunization Program

The Immunization Program is open for immunizations by appointment only at the Dennis Avenue Health Center and the Germantown Health Center.  Appointments are available Monday through Friday.  See below for information on making an appointment.Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services offers immunizations through the Vaccines for Children (VFC) Program to eligible children through 18 years of age, by appointment only, at the School Health Services Immunization Clinic at Rocking Horse Road Center and the Germantown Health Center.  Due to the COVID-19 response, immunizations are currently not provided at the Dennis Avenue Health Center and Silver Spring Center.  More locations will be available in the future.    To schedule an appointment:Germantown Health Center12900 Middlebrook Road, GermantownAppointments are available on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday240-777-3380School Health Services Immunization Clinic at Rocking Horse Road Center4910 Macon Road, Rockville240-740-4430Appointments are available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  The Immunization Program provides walk-in immunizations on specified days, times and locations, to children under the age of 19, according to federal and state regulations and the “Vaccine for Children” criteria. The Immunization program also provides immunization information to medical providers, Women, Infants and Children (WIC) providers, child care providers, schools and other community groups and residents; and provides case management to children who are not up-to-date with immunizations.
