Contract Management Team
The Contract Management Team (CMT) is responsible for contracting, procurement, and the contract monitoring process of more than 750 contracts in the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS).

Compliance Unit
The Compliance Unit provides a central point of coordination of, and responsibility for, activities that promote accountability, integrity and efficient use of public resources within the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS). The Unit ensures adherence to county, state and federal laws; provides technical support to staff and vendors on contract compliance and on internal control issues; and coordinates audits and audit responses. The Unit also performs investigations within DHHS as needed.
