Maryland Family Network, Inc. (MFN), on behalf of its public and private funders, solicits proposals from public and private nonprofit organizations to develop and operate a Family Support Center in Montgomery County. Maryland Family Network will fund one lead agency through a competitive Request for Proposals (RFP) process.
