As the demographics and particular needs of Montgomery County neighborhoods continue to change, increased understanding and outreach may be necessary to engage at-risk communities and develop relationships with populations that have become disconnected from the Montgomery County community at large. CountyStat has developed this Explorer tool to help educate stakeholders on the shifting characteristics of our neighborhoods and inform relevant discussion and policymaking.
