Video Car Seat Assistance Program

This Video Car Seat Assistance Program is intended to help answer your car seat and/or vehicle questions and is not intended as a substitution for an in-person car seat inspection by a nationally certified child passenger safety technician. Our Video Car Seat Assistance Program is limited in its scope and staff cannot fully evaluate the quality, safety, or condition of your car seat or the vehicle seat, safety belts, or any component of the vehicle.
Appointments are typically 30 minutes long. We will connect via a video chat app such as Google Hangouts, Facetime, Skype, WhatsApp, or Zoom.
How to prepare for your virtual car seat appointment
- Have your car seat and vehicle manual on hand.
- Have your car seat ready to install or if already installed, be near your vehicle.
- Please have specific questions ready to ask during your appointment.
- Have your phone charged.
- We'll show you how to correctly harness your child. Have a doll or teddy bear handy so we can walk you through the steps.
