Sites Available for Affordable Housing Development
We had an overwhelming response to our request for Letters of Interest, with multiple letters received for each property. Information on next steps will be posted on this webpage as it becomes available.
Montgomery County continues to build on its recent successes in adding to the affordable housing stock by offering 18 County-owned properties for the development of affordable housing. The County invites the development community to submit letters of interest for development of the properties with affordable housing.
Timeline for submission is as follows:
- Open House to Present Properties (101 Monroe Street, Rockville - Auditorium, Lobby Level): May 3, 2022 at 10:30 AM
101 Monroe Street, Rockville - Deadline for Questions: May 18, 2022
- Deadline for Letters of Interests: June 1, 2022
