Annual Invoices for Renewal Rental Housing Licenses and Common Ownership Community (COC) Registrations are mailed the last week of June. Annual fees are not pro-rated for partial rental or registration periods between July 1st - June 30th. **All credit card payments are subject to a 2.3% service fee charged by card processor as of July 1, 2023.
