Our bilingual Family Resource Specialists allows Montgomery County families to choose solutions that best meet their needs. Our complimentary and personalized consultations support families in selecting quality, licensed child care and parent-child activities; as well as navigating and applying for tuition assistance.

What Can You Expect

  • Family Involvement Center (FIC): A free program led by parent educators that fosters an environment for families to build a strong social and emotional foundation for children ages 0 - 5 years old of various abilities through interactive learning.

  • Family Learning Series: Families are the heart of learning—and when we grow together, we thrive together. The Family Learning Series is designed to bring parents and caregivers into a shared space of discovery, connection, and growth. Each session will offer participants practical tools and engaging discussions that empower families to learn collaboratively. With a variety of topics such as self-care for adults, cooking with children, managing screen-time and child development, we will cover subjects that matter to families. Join us as we hear from Early Childhood Professionals who will share resources, strategies, and ideas to foster positive engagement with children!

  • Family Navigation: Parenting can be hard. That’s why we’ve partnered with hundreds of agencies and organizations across Montgomery County so every family can be connected with valuable resources, opportunities, activities, and classes in their community.​ ​

    • Join our free parenting workshops! 'Positive Solutions for Families' series offers practical tips to support your child’s social and emotional growth.
