Canopy roof was installed on 12/04/2024. Ribbon cutting ceremony took place in Spring 2025.

This project provides for installation of a new pre-engineered outdoor fabric shade canopy over existing roof plaza at Long Branch Library in the Silver Spring. In addition to the canopy, five new poles with steel cables supporting the canopy will also be constructed on site.
