On October 26, 2016, the Montgomery County Department of Transportation, in partnership with Keep Montgomery County Clean and Green, honored 18 winners of the 25th Annual Amateur Photography Contest in Rockville.

The photographs were judged by professional photographers on effective composition, originality, interest, relevance of the subject matter and technique.
