This project is located on Montrose Road between Shagbark Drive and Montrose Village Terrace in Rockville. The proposed work involves the rehabilitation of two existing corrugated metal arch pipes, approximately 7 feet, 3 inches, and 5 feet, 3 inches.
The project duration is approximately four months. Construction is scheduled to begin in January of 2026, with anticipated completion in the Spring of 2026. Crews will perform the work onsite from 7:00am to 5:00pm on weekdays and on weekends if it is deemed necessary for the schedule. Work will be done outside of the roadway and inside of the existing storm drain culverts. Daily lane closures along Montrose Road may be necessary for portions of the work.
