The West Old Baltimore Road Sidewalk Proposal offers for examination and comment the potential installation of a 5-foot-wide, ADA-compliant, concrete sidewalk along West Old Baltimore Road in Clarksburg, from the existing sidewalk behind 21907 Ivy Leaf Drive to the back-property line of 21901 Ruby Lane.
The West Old Baltimore Road Sidewalk Proposal was issued to residents for comment and questions on November 8, 2019. Because no comments were received in response to the sidewalk proposal, a public hearing is not required. The West Old Baltimore Road sidewalk will be constructed in the Summer or Fall of 2021.
