Deadline for Youth Pride Writing Competition

  • Are you an MCPS student who is interested in writing an essay or poem (maximum 250 words) about the importance of LGBTQ+ representation in your community, government, sports, books, movies or television? For more information, here is the Submission Form. Deadline is Friday, June 16. 

Glen Echo Park Family Day

Pride Night at Big Train - First Pitch

  • On Saturday, June 17, join me and the Bethesda Big Train Collegiate Baseball team on their second annual Pride Night! Gates open at 6:00 p.m. and we will be giving Pride Hand Fans to the first 400 attendees. Buy your tickets here.

Rockville Pride

  • On Saturday, June 24, the City of Rockville hosts its seventh annual Rockville Pride Day from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. The event is free and open to all ages! Enjoy live performances, information booths and dialogue, arts and crafts, and more.

Pride in the Plaza

  • To end off Pride Month, Montgomery County will be hosting Pride in the Plaza 2023 on Sunday, June 25 from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Join us at Veterans Plaza in Downtown Silver Spring for a day full of performances, queer-owned businesses, resources for the LGBTQ+ community, and health/STI screenings and resources.
