eDiscovery and Discovery Request helpful information
eDiscovery provides a secure and convenient way to download electronic Discovery Material from the State’s Attorney’s Office for court cases in which you are the Attorney of Record.
New discovery items will be emailed with an embedded link through which you can download discovery materials for your case. The email’s subject line contains the defendant’s name, and case number. Each packet will have its own link. The discovery will be available for a short period of time, and it is recommended that you download and save your discovery for ease of access.
Note: For defense attorneys that have not yet received discovery from the Montgomery County State’s Attorney’s Office, please complete the web form located to the right on this page so that we may send you future discovery items. If you previously created an account, you would not need to complete the form.
For District Court Cases, please email the Discovery Compliance Unit at: discovery.unit@montgomerycountymd.gov
For Circuit Court and Juvenile Cases, please email or contact the Assistant State’s Attorney assigned to your case.
