Montgomery County is committed to transparency. With Vision Zero, anyone can access thousands of traffic crash and citation data through dataMontgomery, the County’s open data portal. This page provides a hub for interactive apps displaying crash data and links to the raw datasets.

Reports and Interactive Apps

View up-to-date statewide fatal crash statistics and annual trends using the links under the yellow line and pie chart image below. To interact with the crash data, select "Crash Map" to see all crashes between 2015 and 2022 on a map or select "High Injury Network Map" to view the Couny’s corridors with the highest rates of serious and fatal crashes under the blue map.

**Note on 2024 data:  Crash data feeds are only updated through December 31, 2023. Montgomery County Police are currently updating internal systems to intake the updated crash data format and new codes from the Maryland State Police.
