Take the Metro to Rockville Station (Red Line). Walk across the Route 355 pedestrian bridge at the Metro stop. Turn left on Monroe Street and continue to the intersection of Monroe St and Monroe Place. At the intersection, cross Monroe Street. The Executive Office Building is on your left at 101 Monroe St.
Parking
Paid parking is available in the Council Office Building parking lot. There are eight handicap spaces in the COB Visitor parking area, located on the bottom floor of the parking garage. From Maryland Ave., turn right onto E. Jefferson St. (Route 28 East). Entrance to public parking is on the right.
