The Welcome Home Reentry Program is a mentoring program for men and women who are returning home from incarceration to Montgomery County. This program seeks to recruit volunteers who are willing to meet with a resident at the Pre-Release Center to develop a positive relationship with the Returning Citizen through a variety of services and continue to be a source of support and encouragement as a Mentor to the Mentee after release for up to one year.
