Crimes Against Children: Child Pornography
Child pornography, or the visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct involving a minor, is a crime under federal law, and the laws of Maryland.
In Maryland, this includes:
- Possession of child pornography
- Making of child pornography
- Sale of child pornography
A person creating child pornography may also be convicted of other crimes, for example: Sexual Solicitation of a Minor, Sexual Abuse of a Minor and/or Sexual Offense.
