Board staff are happy to assist you by email or telephone during normal business hours. Please note that an appointment is required to visit our physical office. Accordingly, if you need or want to come to our physical office, we ask that you please schedule an appointment using the process below.
Appointments
The Board of Appeals’ offices are open by appointment on Tuesdays and Thursdays between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. for sign pickup, file review, in-person delivery of documents, and other business.
To schedule an appointment, please email [email protected] with:
- Your desired date and time.
- Purpose/nature of your visit.
- Contact information (email and telephone number) so that staff can reach out to you to confirm your appointment.
- Put “Appointment Request” and your case number (if known) in the subject line of your email.
When you arrive at the office door for your appointment, please call 240-777-6600 to let us know you are here so that we can let you in.
