The County has selected Design Collective, Inc. to provide comprehensive community engagement and land planning services for Jeremiah Park, a 45-acre County-owned site on Crabbs Branch Way in Derwood. The County is currently exploring the option to co-locate new County and MCPS zero-emissions bus depots, as well as private mixed-use development.
